Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 (packed) cup baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
