Prep Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh raspberries (pureed)
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp pine nuts (or any other nuts)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 4 cups mixed baby field greens
- 1 pinch black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients.
- In a medium salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
