A quick and easy salad – that you can make your own with a variety of vegetables, herbs, fresh or dried, canned tuna or salmon. Or use different shapes of pasta for more fun variety

Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 5 ounces canned tuna or salmon
- 1⁄2 cup chopped zucchini (about 1/3 small zucchini)
- 1⁄4 cup sliced carrots (about 1 carrot)
- 1⁄3 cup diced onion
- Salt & Pepper to taste; other dried or fresh herbs such as dill
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, or salad dressing
Directions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain the cooking liquid and cool.
- Drain tuna or salmon.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
