The City Council meets on the first and third Monday of each month at the City Hall. In the event of a holiday, the meeting shall take place the day following or on a day agreed upon by the Council at the meeting prior to the holiday.
This is a public meeting per ORS chapter 192. The City Council reserves the right to call an executive session per ORS 192.660. City hall is handicap accessible. Monthly meeting at the Tillamook Elks Club on 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1 PM. All active duty honorably discharged veterans of all branches including the Coast Guard are eligible to join and help us grow this 103 year old American Legion post. Next year we are launching to programs for our County youth:

Painting Basics:
This class applies to ANY kind of painting media.
We will be working in Watercolors for this class.
Starting with one color, we will learn about values, the foundation of creating good art. Creating a fun color wheel we will discover how to mix colors with a 6 color limited palette� system. With these 6 colors you will learn how to mix any color you need without buying� 50 tubes of paint AND without making MUDD!! These classes will form a basis of any artist toolkit. You will then work on �still life and landscapes to get more practice with our paints.
Supply list available when you register! If you already have supplies let me know and we can talk about the colors we will be using!
