Senior Lunches are served at 11:30 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $3 and others may attend for $6.
Free lunch for children and teens, Monday through Friday 11:45 am to 12:15 pm in the Main Library children’s area!
Parents need not be present.
Ages 6 through 12 can learn from Perseverance Martial Arts on Mondays and Wednesdays. 4pm – 4:50pm. First class is free.
One class weekly is $50 a month and two classes weekly is $75 for the month.

Tillamook Vision Center is sponsoring the 2nd annual Find the Eye Treasure Hunt. Opening day is Friday August 30th when shirts will be available to pickup and the first clues will start going out. We have hidden a glass eye trophy out somewhere on public lands of Tillamook county and the first person to find it will win a prize. If you are registered for the event and wearing your T-shirt you win the full $5,000 prize; if you are not registered or wearing your shirt, you can still hunt, but the prize is lower at $1,500.

While the chickens on Mrs. Tweedy’s farm dream of a better life, a clever hen named Ginger is hatching plans to fly the coop for good. The only problem is, chickens can’t fly, or can they? Every escape attempt goes fowl until Rocky, a smooth-talking All-American rooster, crash lands in the coop. It’s hardly poultry in motion when Rocky attempts to teach Ginger and her fine feathered friends to fly, but, with teamwork, determination, and a little bit of cluck, the fearless flock plots one last daring attempt in a spectacular bid for freedom.

Pacific City Boxing offers boxing skills and cardio-strength training for ages 12 and older. The focus will be on the fundamentals of boxing. Participants will learn everything from boxing basics of wrapping hands to mit work. Focus will be on boxing fitness while learning proper footwork and punching combinations, all while getting a great workout! Boxing is a great way to lessen stress and get into shape. Pacific City Boxing is USA Boxing and Safe Sport certified.
