DEEP DIVE Winter Solstice Writing Workshop

December 20 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

About the event

We’ve entered the dark winter season—a time for stillness, reflection, and transformation. It’s the perfect moment to slow down, tune in, and explore how writing can guide us through places where we feel stuck.

Creative and reflective journaling isn’t just for “writers.” This is for everyone. The simple act of writing helps unlock parts of the subconscious, and is an incredible tool for healing and growth.

Celebrate the solstice by going inward with me. As we approach the longest night of the year, we’ll gather in a cozy space with blankets, candles, tea, and snacks. Together, we’ll move through exercises to help you tap into your inner world and cultivate a personal writing practice.

What to Expect

✨ A quiet, relaxing atmosphere to unwind and reflect.

✨ Guided writing prompts to help your thoughts flow freely.

✨ Time to share insights and intentions for the year ahead (sharing aloud is always optional).

✨ Takeaway tools to support a reflective writing practice at home.

What to Bring

🖋 A notebook and pen are all you need.

Join us in this supportive creative environment where you can write as much or as little as you want. Show up, soak it in, and move through your stories in a way that honors the dark of the season, and creates room for the light to return.

We can’t wait to see you there!
