The following are recommended screenings from US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) and the American Diabetes Association:

Cancer Screenings

Breast Cancer – Women Aged 50 to 74

Cervical Cancer – Women Aged 21-65

Colorectal Cancer – Adults Aged 45 to 75

Lung Cancer – Adults Aged 55-80 With a history of smoking

Prostate Cancer – Men Aged 55 to 69 Based on provider individual decision

(lower grade than other cancer screenings)

Reproductive Screenings

 HIV – Adolescents and adults Aged 15 to 65 and all pregnant persons

Intimate partner violence – Women of reproductive age

Routine Adult Screenings

 Depression General adult population

High Blood Pressure – Adults 18 and older

Osteoporosis to prevent fractures – Women 65 and older or postmenopausal women younger than 65 at increased risk

Unhealthy alcohol use – Adults Aged 18 or older including pregnant women
